[EAS] TFT EAS 911 Message Logging

The TFT EAS 911 user guide is not very clear on this... In the received 
messages log does it log a message just once from the first channel it 
received it on or does it log the message from all channels it was 
received on.

Example: last night/this morning was my states RMT. The devices log 
shows recipt of RMT from one station but not the others being monitored.

> numbered from 1 to 10 and will be in the order from most recent (1)
