As folks may know, from Weather Radio RWTs, an RWT can include an 
optional audio message component.

Broadcasters usually omit the audio message in an RWT. The EAS audio is 
usful for verifying receiver levels.  Especially because EAS audio and 
program audio levels could be very different.

I applaud SiriusXM restoring routine weekly EAS tests on its barker 
channel.

I encourage Premiere Networks to also conduct regular, routine 
weekly/monthly EAS tests with an audio message on its FEMA channel.
