[EAS] Correction: SiriusXM to start weekly tests RWT’s) on Jan. 27

In my posting last evening on SiriusXM EAS testing a serious typo was brought to my attention by Barry Mishkind. SiriusXM will be doing RWT's (Required Weekly Tests) that of course are "log only" on their preview channel. They are already doing monthly tests (RMT's).
