[EAS] Traveller Information Stations for emergency public information

Where I live, the Ohio Department of Transportation operates fixed and portable low-power AM stations to convey traffic alerts, construction advisories, etc. Much of that type of messaging is now handled with fixed or portable digital signage and phone apps.

The two fixed TIS stations in my area that came on years ago are now both silent, sadly. They mostly ran a loop talking about local sights and attractions when they were active.
