A couple more reply comments published since yesterday's filing deadline.

More opposition to persistent alerts.  A little support for changing the 
text descriptions associated with some alert codes.

So far, no support for Gary Timm's suggested typographic corrections :-)

Traditionally, it seems like the FCC picks comments which support whatever 
decision it already decided.
