[EAS] No Monday CAP RWT from FEMA?

Al Kenyon replied (28 hours earlier on this EAS list serv):

"Due to a premature termination of the weekly chron job responsible for
generating the weekly IPAWS EAS RWTs the weekly RWTs were only sent to Guam,
Atlantic, Eastern, and Central time zone groups. This will be noted in the
November IPAWS EAS Feed Notification Monthly Report due out in early
December.
