[EAS] No Monday CAP RWT from FEMA?

Has there still been no response to any of the inquiries about this?

I am unsure about what our responsibility is in this situation.  I know that when I haven't received an RWT from my LP1 or LP2 stations, I have reached out to them to make sure it was due to an error on their part and not a problem with my equipment.  Is there a similar requirement to investigate when it comes to IPAWS RWTs?
