[EAS] Amateur & Personal Radio Users Reminded Not to Use Radios in Crimes

I have been discussing this with my friend and VP Phil Kane, PE and Esq.
He retired from the FCC.
And the FCC does prosecute if you use a radio to commit a crime. Phil's
stories are great. The best one is about a "house of ill repute" that
used a marine VHF frequency for their telephone calls!
I mentioned that probably some Federal agency was now monitoring GMRS
and FRS and his response was "We taught the Secret Service".
This is well off the EAS subject but if "those guys" were military
trained they would know that any use of radio communications can be
compromised.
