[EAS] [BC] ESPN Does it Again

FYI,

KQED-FM is monitored by lots of broadcast and cable companies because we are the San Francisco Bay Area LP2. We recently have been receiving comments from a few TV stations that say one of our programs triggers their DASDEC equipment. (See log below) Their DASDEC logs the receipt of an incomplete EAS event. The KQED-FM program in question has a few seconds of electronic music that includes sweep tones at the time of the errors on the logs. My point being that the receive equipment may trigger on tones outside of the FCC spec required for tone transmission.
