Thanks Dave !  ....The bottom line is we had a number of problems with the
NPT....The solution to which will require some action by those in higher
places than you and I.    At least, in this case, we can...with, perhaps a
little smirk, put the finger in another direction.

I suggest we keep the wheels squeaking for a while to see if the mechanics
in the Beltway are paying attention.
