[EAS] [EXT] NPT via NPR

In the interest of complete accuracy...

KQED-FM received the NPT from KCBS. I'm not sure how the SAGE unit poles the various inputs, but it looks like for us KCBS beat NPR by two seconds. For our Sacramento station the NPR channel was the winner, but 2nd place was KFBK-AM. Both SAGE boxes are located in the same equipment rack in San Francisco. The audio we sent out and Bill got was recorded from the AM tuner at KQED. I do use three Inovonics tuners for EAS receive audio because I want the audio relayed on our station to be as high quality as possible. (FM, AM, and NWS)

KXSF-LP got the NPT from KQED at 11:35:08 and from KCBS KFRC at 11:35:30.

I think KQED got it from NPR and KCBS is a PEP.

KQED won the race.

The audio on both was acceptable. Lots of noise from too much
compression but not distorted.
