The RWT test was sent to "all of United States" using the 000000 code.  You won't have logged it until you are explicitly looking for the all US code in your RWT or  any other filter that matches RWT.  The ENDEC forces looking for 000000 to make sure you relay EAN and NPT, but does not force this code for non-national event codes.
