[EAS] demise of non-weather IPAWS alert site?

In my state, we monitor alerts sent from IPAWS as well as alerts sent
directly from AlertSense.  Most of the time, those are the same alert,
and due to how the EAS boxes deal with CAP alerts, only the first alert
polled gets logged.  For whatever reason, almost always that is the
IPAWS source on my DASDECs.  But due to a technical problem at FEMA at
the time this month's RMT went out (and an RWT a few hours later), we
only received the direct AlertSense version. Or at least... that was the
only one in the log.  Because of the error message the originator
received, I had assumed that the IPAWS alert never got issued.  But
subsequently I was told that the IPAWS alert was merely delayed.

Which leads me to... how do I know whether it was actually sent
eventually?  Usually, my go-to source for what happened on IPAWS is the
IPAWS NON WEATHER site: http://ipawsnonweather.alertblogger.com/
Except... now when I go there I see nothing has been logged since
October 2020!  Anyone have any insight on what the status is on that
site and whether it will be brought back online?  Or... is there another
website that I'm unaware of for easily looking up past alerts issued via
IPAWS?
