[EAS] Butte County EAS Fire Evacuation Warning

Does anyone have off-air audio of the recently issued Fire Warning for areas
of Butte County CA? Looks like it went out about 3:15 PM PDT. I'm hearing
mixed reports. It appears the county used text to speech for a referenced
audio file. I'm guessing one or more sources did not retrieve the audio file
and went with the uninformative header data but won't know without off-air
audio or someone with a good memory.
