Tell me about. Suddenlink internet. We tried to upgrade from 50 mb to 400 mb. Tech ended up crashing modem. Another modem wouldn't work at all, had one we bought--they could see it--but couldn't "condition" the service. After a week we find out they had our address in a "walled garden," wasn't classified as business, but was residential, and residential service only allowed 50 mb. And they couldn't change anything on the account.

So we have to cancel the account, use a different street address for our studio, and different account name.

Semaphore signal towers would be more reliable
