        Well, that is a possibility, but not 
        in this particular case. It was
        at 11AM EST, and I have been
        sent a log report that it was
        an RWT, sent from the FEMA
        to "DC and all of the United States."

        Of course, getting more details
        may not be possible until
        next year...
