[EAS] A rogue EAN

Barry (and all), perhaps they monitor SiriusXM? They sent an RMT around 00:45 (PST) yesterday and I believe that was coded for 000000. Perhaps the station in question has their filter set a bit too broad and forwarded that like a normal RMT?

I've seen stations who have their EAS units set up to forward everything that comes through their box...
