Yeah, I knew that. 

It's been (maybe ?) 20+ years since I had to be even remotely involved with EAS, and don't remember much of what I did know. So I was curious about what the whole fuss over what was an apparent mistake involving "PEP" was all about. I mostly just get 'em back on the air when called these days. Mixed in with an occasional install.
