[EAS] A rogue EAN

Well if it's obsolete, we didn't get the memo here.
Our newly revised state plan requires monitoring a PEP source.
Might have been archaeologically dug up from the fossil records and re-instated... something about requiring two national sources for EANs now??? That's what those who shall not be denied tell us anyway.
