The FCC requested letters from cellular carriers about network prepardness
to handle 24-48 hour power blackouts in California. See ECFS Docket
19-251, Promoting Network Reliability During Disasters. AT&T, Sprint,
T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon filed their responses this week.
I haven't seen the FCC PSHSB ask broadcasters or cable companies about
their operational prepardness for 24-48 hour blackouts in California.
