[EAS] WEA tones: The Rookie -- missed opportunity or expected result

I don't know if this is a missed opportunity or the expected result of the
FCC's fines for misusing WEA/EAS attention sounds. The upcoming episode
of "The Rookie" will be airing a storyline including an emergency alert of
an impending missile attack sends Los Angeles.
As might be expected, the showrunners have created a completely different
attention sound for dramatic effect. I'm assuming the show creators will
it up so no one could reasonably mistake it for an actual alert.
The lawyers might make them run "Dramatization - Not an actual
emergency" in tiny type at the bottom of the screen like the car
commercials using professional stunt drivers.

I don't know. Which would have been better, use a fake alert to confuse
the public about what a real alert would look/sound like? Or use a real
alert, and make it clear its only a dramatization.
I've never heard anyone complain about the EAS sound-alike in "The Purge."
Anyone watching The Purge probably already knows they are watching a
movie. Its when the alert tones are used in commercials during the shows
that people look up from their phones. :-)
