[EAS] Communication Services Down

Home radios and TVs also require a power source (utility, battery or
standby generator).
I guess that means we're left with printed paper newspapers. Except those
aren't doing very well either.
Parts of Puerto Rico were without power for months after the hurricanes.
The power shut-offs in California will last a day or two.
