I wonder about this time to time here should someone launch a dirty bomb
into the atmosphere and EMP take out several closely spaced metros of
electric grid and phone CO's. Never mind all the less than hardened
internet/datacenter  facilities and cell/PCS sites.

That will fun (not)....
