Distributors are pre-selling the 2019 Sage update.  Contact your favorite 
distributor to buy an update license for your Sage serial numbers in 
advance, so you avoid the "rush."  If you buy a Sage update pre-release, 
you'll be able to download the update for your serial numbers the day of 
release.

Dasdec and Trilithic usually distribute IPAWS certificate updates as a 
small file you can download.  They'll send out a notice when its 
available.

G-R usually gets its certificate updates through the embeded Windows OS. 
But Microsoft is removing the U.S. Government certs from Windows, so it 
may need manual changes.  I don't have a G-R CAP box to check.
