That is weird.
It totally neglects station automation and unattended operation.
How long do you have to read the script after the fact? Next day for a
test that was during the over-night?
So if your box doesn't receive the test because, maybe it came down
via IPAWS that month, how do you know to read the test script?
Do you just assume the test was sent at the scheduled time?
And if the purpose of the test is to verify equipment readiness, how
does someone reading a test script do that?
Seems to be another rule that needs to be dumped.
