[EAS] Public Notice from the FCC on IPAWS Digital Certificates

FCC just released a PN that explains how EAS equipment awaiting installation of IPAWS's new digital certificate info are covered by the EAS equipment readiness rules.  Here is a link to that item: https://www.fcc.gov/document/guidance-emergency-alert-system-equipment-readiness-rules.

Again, with a DASDEC or One-Net, just go to our webpage to get the digital certificate file for upload.  Free, no charge.

For TLS, this is automatically supported already.  No need to do anything.
