        Any interference complaint
(from another station or the FAA)
        or any complaint that alleges
        non-compliance (an ex-employee
stating that a transmitter is out
of tolerance, the station does not
change power on time, the EAS box
does not work, station is not logging
EAS or tower lights, or is not
doing IDs at the top of the hour,
tower fence is not secure, radials
        showing, etc.) could bring an
        inspector to investigate, especially
        if "in the neighborhood."

Actually, so do regardless, and either
restore the out of tolerance operation
after the inspector leaves, or "hide
        it" from him.
