[EAS] Sage Update Available

Tom took the words right out of my mouth, but with a slight adjustment.

The world will not come to an end if some or all EAS Participants do not get the new firmware upgrade installed before the certificate goes "poof".

I am recommending that clients put an along the lines Tom describes in their weekly EAS logs.
