Of the 77 AM/FM radio stations, 13 TV stations and 3 cable TV systems in 
the Dayton, OH market, how many interrupted programming at all for 
weather warnings (EAS or their own news/dj staff)?

Typically, only a handful of news radio and TV network affiliates outside 
of severe weather areas.  In tornado alley (northern texas, oklahoma, 
kansas), more broadcasters compete on severe weather coverage.
