[EAS] HD developer proposal for EAS

Adrienne, I resemble those remarks. ;-)
I don't normally carry a cell phone. My wife's pseudo-smart, Trac-phone is a POS. I'm shopping for a flip phone replacement with a physical dial-pad that doesn't go away when you need it the most. But hey! Seven bucks a month? You can't complain, though I do anyway. Still have a landline and the shop phone has a wire going to the wall.
I do own a Win-10 computer! And a couple of flat panel TV's but no more government cheese converters. The last one went away at the big garage sale. Though recently my former (now retired boss) was looking for one. He had some idea about OTA reception and needed an old converter and a VHS recorder. Old engineers never die. They just get even whackier ideas than when they were working.
