[EAS] EAS in the County?

I suspect the concept of displaying the polygon, or the county boundary, during an event on the map, combined with the "blue dot' that shows where you are, along with a one-two line notice at the top of the navigation screen is the concept that Google will be working from.  For that matter, the "Betty" voice providing directions can also announce the warning as parsed out of the CAP.
