[EAS] Do any state emergency managers read the FCC blog?

It looks like I spoke too soon, or the FCC media relations people read 
this list.

The FCC media relations folks have blasted a copy of the blog post out to 
a bunch of media outlets this morning.  I started to get a bunch of google 
news alerts from trade press about the story on SECCs and EAS this afternoon.

Police chief, fire chiefs and local emergency managers don't read the FCC 
web site; but someone in their offices will see the police/fire trade 
press coverage.
