[EAS] Need new excuses for multilingual support with, global supply chain

We need to all remember that EAS is - NOT- just an Aural /Voice message
system
Especially in this day when so many messages are transmitting digitally 
(Using Text...Think WEA)   There are many languages in use in this country
that don't
Use the same character-set as English - WHAT THEN?

This brings up the old question ...We so many people in this county 
Having drivers licenses....How can they navigate unless they have 
Some degree of understanding of English?

I do some work for a Latino broadcaster...Interesting how many 
Of his Spots are in English.     Can speak for those in this area that
Run Korean, Punjab etc.
