Its a little over one year since the Hawaii false missile alert.  Hawaii 
did a lot of introspection and changes to its emergency management and EMA 
processes.

What have other states' emergency management agencies done?

What have alert origination software vendors done?

The FCC and FEMA investigated and issued reports. What practical changes 
has the Federal government made?
