IPAWS Polling by EAS Device Vendor and Message Retrieval Statistics
This year we have access to detailed polling records from Akamai. Here is 
an example showing successful CAP message recoveries by EAS device vendor 
type:

This doesn't include pre-IPAWS EAS devices still in use.

I don't know if CRTC collects any information in Canada.
