In Nebraska the RMT originations are rotated between the legacy SP/SR, 
State Patrol, and State Emergency Management. All 3 of them originate 
RWT's. We do not have our COG's do any RWT's or RMT's at this time. 
Maybe in the future when everyone is more familiar and comfortable with 
the system?
All it takes is cooperation between all parties involved, and we have 
that here.
