Here in Minnesota, per the state plan, the RMT is scheduled to rotate between authorized originators. This works well and spreads the operational experience.

With regard to the RWT, It's highly encouraged any authorized Collaborative Operating Group (COG) schedule their RWT every week at approximately the same time. We're seeing good response and it helps to confirm their IPAWS CAP software availability plus gives some operational experience to staff too.
