[EAS] Event Code TOE Question

Soon after my email Mr. Al Kenyon called by phone to assist.  Using WebEx we soon discovered that indeed there was an incorrect Sage setting, specifically leaving Event(s) set to the default "All Events" when of course "911 Telephone Outage Emergency" is the correct setting.
