[EAS] Is monitoring a translator cool

Regarding a translator being part of a hardened PEP site, that would be 
highly doubtful. All of the special resources at a PEP site are designed 
to get the most coverage for the longest amount of time through the AM. 
Since AM gives the largest coverage area for the least amount of energy 
input, that just makes sense.
