Paul,

Look at your filters.  If you have one that matches RWT, and has a 
blank for location, or has All Locations, or has All of United 
States, then you will have received the RWT with 000000 code.

If you have a filter that matches RWT, but has an explicit list of 
locations that does not include All of United States, or it has Local 
Area, then you will not have received the RWT with 000000 code.
