I do the weekly log reviews for eight stations in our group.  Apparently last week CAP originated a test message on Thursday 9/20 at 2:35PM ET, reminding everyone that the NPT had been postponed to Wednesday 10/3.  Only three of our stations received and logged the message.

We have Sage boxes across the board and all had the "SI rev 5 VTAG" certificate update installed well in advance of last week's original NPT date.

Any ideas why most of our group would not have received the extra CAP test?
