Maybe, maybe not. But there will be lots of other pools.
Just don't drive through them.
And probably not!
The NPT is 9 days out. Any storm alerting related to Flo will be long past.
Though I could see the NPT being postponed because of the number of stations off the air that can't participate.
Certainly they wouldn't want to have the national test results skewed by some disaster.
