[EAS] SAGE at an LPFM not logging CAP"s

Check your network settings.  I just had 2ea clients that suddenly stopped receiving CAP alerts and found that both had replaced internet routers and the gateway address was different.  They worked fine internally.  They also had stopped sending email.
