[EAS] SAGE at an LPFM not logging CAP"s

I've compared the stats/reports from the SAGE that isn't logging CAPS to 
all mine that ARE logging CAPS and nothing is different, other than, the 
CAPS just don't show up to the log.  LP-1's and LP-2's log fine.

I'd welcome someone to VNC into this computer who thinks they could 
determine and maybe fix a setting as to why.  It has gone on for many 
weeks.  The updates are installed so it's not that.

Or, any reply to the thread is appreciated.  For the person who doesn't 
mind logging in (you won't be responsible for anything that goes wrong 
either) reply privately and I'll give the VNC log-in credentials.  The 
station is in North Florida but I suppose I should keep the call sign 
private for now.  THANK YOU ALL.
