[EAS] CAP Weekly Test on the 8th

It's been a few years since I did this.
What was once, "30 seconds seems reasonable" may have solidified in my noggin as being 30 seconds is the shortest.
30 seconds still seems reasonable, but it would be good to know that it could go shorter.
I'll check it out sometime when everything else is under control. :-P
