[EAS] NOAA RWT

We had an RMT get bumped by a FWW a few months ago.
The RMT was pending waiting to be sent, the FFW being higher in priority went out right away and purged the RMT.
Hmmm wonder what my NPT priority setting is compared to the weather alerts?
Going from 71 today to 89 tomorrow and then another temperature nose dive for Thursday, so who knows what that might spin up?
Though I think things are fairly stable here, weather-wise for tomorrow afternoon.
