A few NWS offices have announced skipping their weekly test on Wednesday.

However, disasters aren't predictable; and its not decent test if everyone 
does something "special."  Its would be best to let things operate as 
normal, and let the EAS/WEA test proceed on its own. That's how you find 
the weird stuff that breaks, during the test instead of during an actual 
disaster.
