Satellite FEMA sources: EAN only

NWS Weather Radio: No EAN, all weather alerts, local when requested
- Some SECCs have installed an EAS box at NWS WFO to relay EANs
- It varies, currently I think only one WFO has an working EAN relay

Terrestrial PEP sources: EAN, state and local, and sometimes weather

SP and LP sources: EAN, state or local, and sometimes weather

NP: EAN, everything else is voluntary

SR: whatever the state EAS plan specifies, usually EAN and state-wide EAS
