[EAS] SiriusXM is an approved monitoring source, says FEMA Addendum

activations?

Adrienne,
No. They are only an approved EAN source.
  The FEMA IPAWS source has taken over a lot of the State and Local 
activations and we use our State Relay as a backup to the FEMA IPAWS 
activations.
NWS is also a required source in our plan, and they can backup the two 
previously mentioned State and Local sources.
Since our State Relay is a Hub & Spoke system, we do not have any daisy 
chain relays in our State Plan. Each EAS participant gets a direct feed 
from any of the four above named sources.
