[EAS] Hawaii - mandatory evacuation - was there EAS triggered?

Well, good to see it 'eventually' got used.
As for the previous comments about polygons - if NWS polygons and the
like were implemented in EAS (which we have been dearly hope would
something that could happen here - the 'normal' FIPS areas are a joke
for SE Alaska and coastal areas) things would be a lot better and it
'might' be a system which people would actually consider
using....<smh>
